Before you apply for "Shodoshima 24 superb view Instagram photo contest" that Shodoshima-cho tourism conference carries out, please read the following and agree to it.
If you applied with attaching each application hashtag of this campaign, we considered that you agreed to this application agreements.

About Application

You can post as many times as you like. But the election is once per person.
In order to apply for this campaign, please follow our official Instagram account 「@visit.shodoshima」.
You would not receive gifts if you did not follow our official account.

About Election and Shipping of the Prize

We will send a direct message for winners of the election.
If you received the message, please reply by the date written there.
If you did not reply to us, your election would be invalid. Also if you do not follow the official account, your winning would be invalid.
If we could not deliver gifts to you because of any deficiencies in your address that you entered at the time of winning, or by the contact could not be taken, winning would be invalid.
In addition, the right of winning, the right to receive gifts are not negotiable in others. Similarly, you cannot resell it. If you could not receive gifts by changing address, or by absent, there was a possibility that winning would be invalid.

You only can use photos that you have all rights to the application, and following acts are prohibited.
If you violated these below, we would not take any responsibility.

• Act of posting photos prejudice the rights of others, such as copyright, or violate the privacy of others.
• Posting photos, including expression that hurt the honor of others, discriminatory representation, representation inspire a sense of aversion to others, and expressions that is offensive to public order and morals.
• If there were complaints and objections from third parties about the posting photos for the purpose of advertising, promotion, business activities, solicitation to a particular thought or religion, we do not participate in the dispute at all.
  The person who posted the photo is responsible to resolve the dispute.
  Even if the damage occurs to you with that, we do not take any responsibility.
  About any problems or damage (without directly indirect relations) that occurred to the applicant because of the application to this contest, we do not take any responsibility.

Other Matters

Instagram does not support, approve, operate, and not involved in this campaign.
When a problem occurs, the organizer has the right to cancel this campaign even during the campaign period. In such a case, we do not take any responsibility for any person.

About Personal Information

We only use the personal information obtained from the winner for the shipping of the prize and an inquiry.
Except for the subcontractors, it does not disclose and provide to any third party without the consent of the winner (except the case that we are required to disclose it by law).
If you cannot agree to these agreements, please cancel your application.
